NSU 5 3/4 HP 500cc 1917 for sale by Steenbuck Automobiles

The 500 cc NSU Motorcycle is called „Heeres - NSU” it was produced during the WW I. They were used for the mail service behind the frontlines. Only a few hundred were delivered for private use. This NSU was restored some years ago to a very high standard in every detail, including the original acetylene lamps and the speedometer. During the restoration the colour was changed from “field-grey” to the original civil black/ green paint from the period. This Motorcycle is well known in the German pre-war motorcycle scene.
